I'm an active member of the Boston Scientific Patient Advisory Board. Boston Scientific were the makers of the DBS device I had implanted. With other volunteer patients from all over Europe. This incredible group, with their variety of diagnoses and implanted devices, meet via video conference or face to face to discuss how to improve patient experiences.
I attended meetings in Barcelona, Milan and most recently Dusseldorf to participate.
